Upstairs at L & I: Class space upstairs ... an amazing space with north light. It allows us to spread out, to have bigger classes, more classes, Yoga classes and more. We are working toward getting a stairlift but until then, if you have special needs, let us know and we will do our best to make it work for you.

 ICONOGRAPY WORKSHOP with MF DondelingerCOST: $350, most materials are supplied. This workshop will focus on the techniques and theories of orthodox iconography using traditional methods and materials. Students will learn how to mix, make and apply egg tempera as well as learn some of the meditative practices that accompany this deep and spiritual tradition. Students will learn to apply gold leaf through the sizing method. We will also explore theories and concepts behind the images. Students will leave with a completed icon. Students are provided with a gold leafed icon panel on which to work as well as all the pigments and egg tempera. Students need to bring to class a small palette , three specific brushes, note paper, and writing implement. Pre-register by May 27 - Register!
